DMCA Policy

Pico De Gallo Recipe ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a notice of infringing material on Pico De Gallo Recipe, please provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Pico De Gallo Recipe was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Describe the material that was removed and the location (e.g., URL(s)) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy of it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Pico De Gallo Recipe, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
